A: If you did not receive tokens on your external wallet address please send DM to @Batmeoow with your NvirWorld wallet address, Metamask wallet address and your destination wallet address. We will check it and distribute by Monday evening. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and kindly ask you to give us some time. 2. HOW MUCH TIME DOES WITHDRAWAL TAKE? A: Withdrawal usually takes up to 6 hours. But please note that sometimes it can take a little bit longer. 3. WHAT IS SECURITY KEY? AND HOW TO GET IT? A: In order for you login to your NvirWorld account you need to input the security key that was generated when you connected your Metamask to NvirWorld site for the first time. Please note that it will not appear again and cannot be recovered in case of loss. If you lost your security key you need to create new NvirWorld account. 4. LOST YOUR SECURITY KEY? A: Please understand that since we are a decentralized exchange, we cannot check the account information of users, so we cannot find information about the lost key. However, we can reset your account. Please kindly note that in this case your funds will be permanently lost and cannot be retrived. If you did not save your security key, you can generate a new key with a different Metamask wallet address, please store your key this time somewhere else this time as it will not appear again. 5. WILL THE WITHDRAWAL FEES BE REDUCED IN THE FUTURE? A: Even thought the withdrawal fee is 500 which was initially set when NVIR was $0.008 in price, we are planning to adjust it in the future. All details regarding this part will be announced via our social media channels when the time comes. So keep an eye on our project, and you will not miss any important information. 6. I'M THE WINNER OF AIRDROP EVENT BUT DID NOT RECEIVE TOKENS. WHAT TO DO? A: First of all, we would like to thank you so much for showing interest in our Social Media 1st Airdrop Event.
